Five finalists named for 2011 Rick Bowers Pinnacle Award

WOOD DALE, IL 鈥� Disaster Kleenup International Inc. (DKI) has announced that five companies have been named as finalists for the 2011 Rick Bowers Pinnacle Award, according to a press release.
Those five companies are Alliance Disaster Kleenup, First Atlantic Restoration, FloodEx Corporation, France & Company and Kelmann Corporation, the release noted.
As a DKI member, shareholder and board member, Rick Bowers was an integral part of the growth and success of DKI preceding his untimely death in 2005: To honor his memory and contribution to DKI, the Pinnacle Award is presented every year to a DKI member that exhibited the same skill, commitment and excellence on a particular restoration project that Bowers exhibited day-in and day-out, the release stated.
According to the release, each project that is submitted is evaluated on a variety of criteria, including the ability of the contractor to deliver a high-quality outcome with particular attention to cost control and to minimize the dollar value of the loss to the insurer/property owner.
"The high quality of the projects submitted this year is a very positive reflection of the superior craftsmanship and customer service provided by DKI members. This year''s finalists have presented quite a challenge for our judges. Each company named a finalist should be very proud of this achievement," said Dale Sailer, president of DKI.
