ICC Restoration & Cleaning Services Ranked 6th On 鈥淏est Places To Work in 2012鈥� List
Ranking Is ICC鈥檚 Third Appearance On The 鈥淏est Places To Work鈥� List
Woodbury, MN 鈥� ICC Restoration & Cleaning Services, one the Twin Cities鈥� and western Wisconsin鈥檚 leading restoration and remodeling companies, was ranked #6 out of 30 companies as one of the 鈥淏est Places to Work for 2012鈥� in Minnesota by the Minneapolis-St. Paul Business Journal. This year鈥檚 鈥淏est Places To Work鈥� award is ICC鈥檚 third time appearing on the list in the 鈥渟mall business鈥� category.
The rankings were announced during a luncheon hosted by the Minneapolis-St. Paul Business Journal at the Hilton Minneapolis Hotel. ICC President Tom Laska accepted the award along with key members of the ICC team. To be selected for this award, ICC鈥檚 employees provided feedback via anonymous surveys on topics such as work environment, people practices and how things work day-to-day in their company.
The business of property restoration is a 24 hour/7days a week/365 days a year job where disaster can strike at any time, ranging anywhere from water-flooded basements due to a broken water heater to larger catastrophes like tornado damage destroying multiple homes. Because of this, ICC employees are constantly on the go, and they are no stranger to putting their own lives on hold to help others in their times of need.
Because of this, Tom Laska, President of ICC Restoration & Cleaning Services, believes that it鈥檚 even more important to create a positive, rewarding and synergistic workplace for his employees to keep motivation and morale up.
